Built for being on call

Push alerts that wake you up

A notification the moment a monitor goes down and again when it recovers, plus warnings before an SSL certificate expires.

Straight to the problem

Tap an alert to open the monitor or incident: the reason it failed, how long it's been down and its recent checks.

Every monitor at a glance

Status for all your monitors with anything down first, 24-hour to 30-day uptime and response-time charts.

Update customers from anywhere

Post incident updates from the train or the sofa, public on your status page or just for your team.

Check now, pause, resume

Run a check on demand to confirm a fix, or pause a monitor during planned work.

Questions

Is the app free?
Yes. The app and push alerts are included on every plan, including Free. There's nothing to buy in the app.
Who gets push alerts?
Every member of a workspace who has the app installed and allowed notifications. Each person can turn alerts off for their phone in the app's settings.
Do push alerts replace email or Slack alerts?
No, they come on top. Your alert channels keep working as they are; the app adds a notification on your phone.
Can I add monitors in the app?
Monitors, alert channels, status pages, your team and billing are set up on the website. The app is for keeping an eye on them and reacting when something goes wrong.
What if a monitor keeps flapping?
Push alerts are limited to a few per monitor every 10 minutes, so an unstable endpoint can't flood your phone. Email and chat alerts are unaffected.
Can I delete my account from the app?
Yes, under Settings → Delete account, or on the website. See how account deletion works on our delete account page. Delete account
