- Why do I see prices in rupees (or dollars)?
- Prices follow your location: ₹ in India and $ everywhere else. You're charged in the currency shown.
- How does the yearly discount work?
- Paying for a year costs 20% less than 12 monthly payments: ₹9,590 instead of ₹11,988, or $182 instead of $228.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is handled by Razorpay. In India you can pay with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets; elsewhere with international cards. Your plan renews automatically each month or year.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Plan & usage in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.
- What happens to my monitors if I go back to Free?
- Nothing is deleted. Monitors that check faster than every 5 minutes slow down to 5 minutes, and any beyond the Free limits (more than 5, or heartbeat, DNS and API monitors) are paused. Upgrade again and you can resume them.
- Is the plan per person or per workspace?
- Per workspace. Everyone you invite to a Pro workspace gets its Pro features, up to 10 seats.
