Questions

Who can join?
Everyone with a Spot Downtime account, on the Free or the Pro plan. There's nothing to apply for: your link is in Refer & earn.
What counts as a sign-up?
A new account created through your link that confirms its email address and adds at least one monitor. Accounts that only sign up and leave don't count.
How do I use a free Pro month?
Apply it to any workspace you own from Refer & earn. It adds 30 days of Pro, on top of any free time the workspace already has. It can't be applied to a workspace that's already paying for Pro.
Which payments earn a commission?
Only the first Pro payment of each person you refer: 20% of it, monthly or yearly. Renewals don't earn more.
Why is there a waiting period?
Commissions become available 14 days after the payment, so refunds can settle first. If a payment is refunded, its commission is cancelled.
How do I get paid?
Your balance is kept in US dollars (rupee payments are converted at ₹85 = $1). Once $100 is available, request a gift card from Refer & earn and we'll email it to you, usually within a few business days. Balances can't be paid out as cash.
Can I refer myself or an existing account?
No. A referral only attaches to a brand-new account, and it can't be your own. We may cancel rewards earned through fake or duplicate accounts.
