Atlassian Statuspage alternatives that update themselves
Statuspage doesn't monitor anything and climbs to $99 a month for 1,000 subscribers. Status pages driven by your monitoring, compared.

Atlassian Statuspage is the status page many large companies use. It's reliable and familiar to customers, and it integrates with Jira and Opsgenie. Two things push smaller teams to look elsewhere: the price climbs quickly with subscribers (Hobby is $29 a month for 250 subscribers, Startup $99 for 1,000, Business $399 for 5,000, as of October 2026), and it doesn't monitor anything itself. Someone, or another tool, has to update it.
Why a status page should update itself
During an outage, the team is busy fixing it. A status page that waits for someone to log in and change a component means customers see “All systems operational” while the site is down, which costs more trust than the outage. When the status page is driven by your monitoring, it changes the moment a check fails, and you add the human explanation on top.
